I like how I pretty much JUST left a comment on the original thread and tehn recced it but OH WELL.

So, i still love this like crazy for its incredibly moving and evocative feel, and I really do want to carry it around in my pocket for days. hell, possibly inside one of my poetry books. ♥♥♥

I'm going to be straight out fangirly and say this is probably one of the most beautiful fics I've ever read. BEAUTIFUL! It was so emotional and simple at the same time, at times I was smiling (Russian dancing!) and other times I was close to tears (I am here when you need me...)
I wish I were better with words, so I can explain how much I absolutely loved this! :D

I'm not usually much for poetry, especially in fandoms, but I decided to give this a try and I am very glad I did. I really love this, the format, the emails, the postcards, Eduardo's journey, the end of his journey.

And I've no idea why, but my favorite line might be:
The computer beeps and bops like it used to in Miami,
It sticks with me, for some reason, that he's halfway around the world but still associates things with home.
