desperately seeking software

Anyone have any recommendations for good personal backup software for windows? It has to to incremental and complete backups to external hard drive (not just burn to CDs).

I've been using FolderShare for more and more things. It's convenient to sync up my laptop, desktops, and fiancee's computer. It's not strictly backup software though.

If the command line doesn't scare you, I highly suggest using DAR.
