Nocturne-An olfactory serenede. A somber, contemplative scent -- dreamy and subdued. Deepest violet touched with lilac and tuberose.
Something familiar, a floral that I know but am never very fond of. Might be the lilac..could be the violet though, and I am in denial cuz I love the word so much.
Sundew-A carnivorous enchantress: diverse, lovely and graceful, emitting a sticky, glowing golden, sweet and terminally inviting scent. Its dew is believed to grant eternal beauty and longevity, and restore vitality and vigor to the magicia
This scent is actually super quiet on me, very green and morning sunlight. Sunflower (one of my faves from Amy's) is still my top meadowy scent, but it's like the middle of the afternoon bright and breezy. I heartily approve of this one, though, which is good as I forgot I had an imp coming to me and bought a 2/3s bottle for $9.
Bastet-Luxuriant amber, warm Egyptian musk, fierce saffron and soft myrrh, almond, cardamom and golden lotus.
That damn myrrh. Was trying to figure out what was throwing me off. It's quieted now to a soft 'lobbing', but still. No more myrrh for me.
Fire of Love-A catalytic, potent love oil used to spark (or rekindle) the flame of desire between lovers.
I smell like a camp fire with some nice cedar wood in it or something. Kind of pleasant for a winter evening room smell, but not ON me.
Hymn of Proserpine-The darkening amber of faith’s sunset, deepened by the dark fruits of Proserpine.
Dark, dark floral. .......and now something odd.
