ohhh, someone else who makes phone calls that are a bad idea when they are intoxicated. i turn my phone off now and usually give it to someone. i say, "don't let me have this, no matter who i say i need to call". usually, it works.

The Phone Can be a Dangerous Thing

Good advice, but we still need something that can stop us when we are by ourselves. I'm thinking maybe a breathalyzer on the phone. I can hear it now a little voice comes over the phone, "Sorry Sir your alcohol level is too high to operate this communication device."

Anyway I didn't really need it. I stopped myself way before I got too stupid. Not even a hang over today. Baby Steps.

i haven't gotten it yet, but i've heard most of the songs, which i think are delightful. i need to buy it.

i don't have any solutions for being by yourself, but the phone breathalizer sounds like a great idea.
good job on stopping yourself, i wish i had that much self control.
