So apparently my puppy that I got a couple months ago.. not the white one I dug out of the junkyard but the little chiwawa/hot dog mix that wander into our yard.. Her name is Emma.. anyawys.. Apparently she's in heat for the first time. I know nothing.. and I mean NOTHING about dogs. You have to take them outside every few hours so they can run,

There are alot of services out there (here we have SNAP) that have variable rates based on income. You should be able to find something that is relatively inexpensive.

Try looking into you area's local spay neuter programs. SPCA is always a good resource. Could also just call up teh local animal shelter and ask them if they have any info on free or low cost spay/neuter programs. We used a low cost one through SPCA for our dog. Hope that helps!
