so much pain...I hurt very, very much right now. Difficult workout in weight room today. We got a new assistant coach, and he's giving us workouts. And they're painful. Really. My arm muscles couldn't support my body when I tried to prop myself on them, so I nearly reverse articulated my elbow. But at this rate, we're all going to be ripped ( Read more... )

Well. I got up at 5:35 A.M., went up to Decatur for the indoor meet, got there around 8. While there I ran the 4x200 relay, 400, and 800 meters. I'm frustrated at myself for my 400, satisfied with my 200 split, and my 800 served it's purpose. I was there until 5:30. Let me tell you, that building cannot insulate heat.
