Does the winner get royalties from the sale of the t-shirts?

I don't think so. That's a question that I hadn't heard asked - but my assumption would be no, because the tickets are the prize. This group isn't that complicated (ie, tracking how many shirts, etc. use the design and sending a check for each one.) I'll forward the question along - but I really think that there would not be royalties.
