There is a Christian group called Angel Food Ministries that provides food at a bulk discount rate. The general idea is to help those who are "in need", but they also specifically state that "if you eat, you qualify"... they don't

The only mild gripe I have with them is that they choose a lot of items with hydrogenated oils. Beggars can't be choosers, though- the general quality is definitely high and is one of the best bargains you can get.
