WHAT?! WHO THE FUCK WOULD DO THAT TO A DAMN CAT?! I'D KILL MY NEIGHBORS IF THEY DID THAT TO OUR CAT!

That was uncalled for. WHY would they do that? What did that cat do to them? I find it hard to believe that there was a reason for it. As someone who's lost a pet relatively recently, I feel you. I hope those neighbors get hit by a car.
