That's an awesome idea for self motivation :) It does get difficult to stay focused on a goal all of the time, maybe even near impossible, sometimes to even remember what was the point of making the goal in the first place. Making a reminder to yourself during that determined high point is a great idea, I might even try that too.

I've never really thought about writing letters to myself. It seems like a good idea. I'll have to try it!
