Very few of my offline friends have similar music tastes, so I never get to talk about music, even though I really love

Starting with the Ellie Goulding, and I'm charmed already! Sounds like just my sort of thing. Though I'm finding it disconcerting as she shares a name with a girl from my school, and the cognitive dissonance is rather impressive. o.O

Aaah, I'm so glad! :) (That would be incredibly strange! I had an acquaintance in junior high named Lucy Lu, which is about the closest I've ever come to something like that.)
