06.00 is early. Its early in the way that it should be late. But that is how early I had to get up this morning. 06.30, a time for sleep and/or anoyance that the bathroom is a bit too far away when there's still a good hour left of the night, but thats how early I sat down on a stationary bike to do 40 minutes of "spinning" of "Xcycling".
