Only 1:22? Just don't pull what I started doing at Stony brook.

"Hey, I have lab class at 8:30 in the morning. I should probably get to sleep."

*gets two hours of sleep before class*

... Lab experiments go a lot better when you can be awake enough to know what chemicals you're mixing together.
