I really liked reading Ashlee in fic, and I liked her in general.

bandom doesn't care about awesome lead-singing, short shorts-wearing, high kicks kicking lesbian rockers. This is true. I don't write about them myself, but recently, when writing original stuff, I've been changing my male characters to female. My last big original shit was almost like that, but they grew up in my head as male, so I left it. But with the changes in my head, I want to equalize my own writing.

Enough of that crap; I really like k-pop! I don't know what they're saying either, but that's no worries! Also, this particular video is amazing, that hip-swing is so simple and yet VERY VERY EFFECTIVE. I may have watched it a few ten times.

That was one of the reasons I unfollowed icecreamhdaches. I mean, I'm glad for the information, but I guess I'll do better with it filtered through my flist.

I liked Ashlee, too, and it was nice having a female who was paired up with various band members. Some of the best Ashlee fics I've read weren't even Pete/Ashlee; oddly, they were Travis/Ashlee.

I'm selfish, I just want people to write about Maja because she's AWESOME. And because sometimes it's nice to not read about guys.

K-pop is awesome. I'm awful at even recognizing the group members, though. It's more like the one with the four pretty guys vs the one with the six pretty guys. You an see where my priorities are.

The hip thing is mesmorizing. And the one girl's fierce angular haircut, and the pill thing at the end. Dead.

I get that the mods like Patrick, but everyone in the community doesn't have to, and they should be allowed to say that. It's really to the point that if you don't think he's perfect, don't even bother read it. I should unfollow it, I'm not getting anything out of it but grrr.

The hair thing is brilliant in that video. I've been swinging my hips like that all day.

I would really recommend unfollowing it; I had removed it because I just felt a bit uncomfortable in how entitled it was making me feel, in terms of the band. I only skim it now and again for any interesting articles and never, ever dive into the comments.

I don't remember which one. I happened across their personal journal and in the comments they were laughing at how they'd troll falloutbi because they found her really annoying. The comments were about a year and a half old, but still.

Oh, is she a mod now? I guess I've met two of them, then! I actually met her in person and thought she was pretty cool and nice, but then online, she annoyed me so much I had to take her off my Twitter/LJ. I hate when that happens. There's another one, though, and I honestly can't remember which one she is, but I had to hang out with her for a few hours and I hated her.

ICH confuses me so much. Like, they haven't posted about Pete's divorce yet? At all? REALLY?

Oh, the day the news of the divorce came out, falloutbi wrote a comment stating that she hoped it wasn't going to be mentioned in ICH and one of the mods said that they were going to delete any comments relating to the divorce! I don't get it, but not my comm.

I think we should keep Ashlee, personally. And we really, really, need more and better and sexier f/f fic in bandom. LIKE BURNING NEED IT. I have found that there is a little bit of artsy The Like pg-13 fic, and some couples +1 threesome pwp's, but really, not enough else out there.

I wrote Vicky-T/Greta for no_tags, and it got very little attention and not even a Vicky-T/Greta tag, and it kind of made me feel that perhaps there just isn't that big of an interest....

I don't understand this sole custody thing. I read in all the news places that she filed for joint custody, but I hear people on lj refer to her filing for sole custody. What gives? Do you know?
