i actually dunno why they call it COLOUR CODING when the main thing are the license plates! like cars with plates ending with the numbers 1 & 2 are not allowed on the road from 7-10am & 3pm-7pm every mondays. 3 & 4 every tuesdays, 5 & 6 every wednesdays and so on and so forth. The idea is have less cars on the road during rush hour to avoid traffic conjestion. It worked during the first few months of implementation but now i can't really tell the difference. lol
