Life is OK. Withington is normal (i.e. really quite dull.) UCAS is fine. Classics. Cambridge interview(s) next week... also Durham, St Andrews and Exeter. Orchestra was awful at Founders' Day. We did part of Saint Saens' Organ Concerto so Mr. Dean could show off his organ skills. Ridiculous. Could hardly play it myself. Held section rehearsals every week for violins and it made no difference whatsoever. We were lucky to get through it without stopping. (Scroll to the bottom- http://www.livejournal.com/users/fair_terentia/17998.html) We are now doing a Strauss Waltz- quite good as 2cds just do 'cha cha' all the way through- 4 pages- ha!! If you get the school newsletter, look out for my beautiful description of Venice 2003... :)
