if the picture is on the internet, you put the http address into the part that says url. inside the " "

take the space out, and it posts an image

i know that if you go to photobucket and post the pics on that. Once it is online go to your live journal posting a new update click Rich text then on the new bar called even and then it has little buttons under it click on the picture of a baby thats the add image button it will ask for the website where the picture is located and then you copy the photbucket viewing http or the website address and paste it into that and it will be loaded on to that new update
