Rotten week, my back seems to be ruining everything and doesn't want to settle down. So a quick journal entry to tell everyone I'm still alive and not ignoring them, sorry for the people I haven't replied to. Blimey I'm going to have a lot of reading to catch up on when my back settles down. Bye for now.

Just to add to the pile of reading you ahve to do.....

....a quick note pointing out that don't commit to reading everything soooooo much that it does your back in again.....
