well i am back... i know i left and i dont really know why but i was always battling against the scale even when i was away... i tried wu-yi tea as well cost me 60$ but did it work.... not really... every now and then the scale would budge but it went right back to 140 before i could let the YAY from losing sink in...

i know... i just wish there was more success than failure on my part. =(
