ok so today i started to restict again....aveing 400 cals today
woke up late today n this is what i ave eatan
Plum - 30 cal
4 breadsticks - 76 cal -
dinner - 2 new patatoes - 65 cal (i think) it said that it was 65 cal for 100gs
2/3 peices of broccoli
cabbage
i would say that itsd about 40 cal
1/2 time of tuna - 60 cals
1 teaspoon of cream cheese - 20
