[Early in the day, people throughout the village might spot a suspicious rainbow streak jetting upwards into the sky. Higher and higher and higher she flies... Until, suddenly, that rainbow streak is rapidly plummeting down, faster and faster until there's a resounding CRASH!Oh, was that your house she bumped into? Maybe your garden? Business?

[Eggman noticed the particularly low flying cloud earlier while on his evil errands (likely looking for lunch) and when he goes out again into the village, notices it's still around.

Come to think of it, that cloud almost seems to be... patrolling. It's not following the direction of other clouds and it's much too low. Eggman will just stare at it for a few moments, trying to work out what it is. A Malnosso spy?]

[Well, after a while, she's gotten... some idea of how this place works, but this guy?

He's really strange looking, alright. So huge-- like a giant, talking egg!

Time to get a closer look at this mysterious, mustached man.]

[That cloud is spying on him. Time for Eggman to out this spy!]

I'm onto you, you Malnosso spy! Don't think I can't see you up there! So just you hear this! My name is Doctor Robotnik, the greatest scientific genius in the world! And soon, I will be your destroyer!

[Mal...who now? Whatever he said, it doesn't make much sense.

But, you know? She might as well see if this guy's all talk, maybe have a little fun with him.

[Absorbed in errands for the Welcome Center, Rydia doesn't notice the cloud right away. It's only on her way back, after gathering supplies from the grocery store for lunch, that she finally spots the rather low cloud hovering nearby. Pausing, she stares upward curiously.]

[She's just chillin'. Just chillin' on a cloud. Maybe waiting for a chance to pop out and spook somebody.

But, huh. These people sure have a lot of different hair colors. Pink and now green? Not too different from ponies, to that end.]

[She hasn't quite seen magic like this before, and is that a pair of--]

Is someone up there?!?

That cloud's gonna slowly hover closer. Oooh, suspense.]

[Hmm hm hm, now perhaps if the vines started here, they could grow down the trellises she has planned to put in later... That cloud is pretty close to the ground. Huh.]

Make yourself useful and appease my new autumn blooms with a dash of rain. If not then remove yourself from my garden, you're blocking out the warm sunlight my flowers would be pleased to bask in~

[With the vines sorted out, maybe the cosmos can be planted in today as well. Oh yes, today is a good day. Oh, and she can tell there's someone in that cloud, it's quite obvious given how... Out of place a cloud this close to the ground is. Not that she seems terribly bothered.]

[Dash of rain, huh? Pfff, that's almost too easy.

Shaking her head, Rainbow Dash hits the cloud with one of her hooves, and, bam! Nice little drizzle.]

[Oh, she almost wasn't expecting any rain. It's not every day clouds, or people who hide inside them, listen to her. Quickly unfurling her parasol so not to get wet, she finishes her garden work for now and stands.]

I believe this will do nicely. If you could tour the rest of my garden while you're up there then that would be excellent.

[Pff. She can do that without even breaking a sweat. Yep, just gonna recline as she does some more drizzle. And she might as well speak up.]

Sheesh, doesn't anypony take care of things here? It sounds to me like you guys've been missing out.

[Pommy's over at the school playground, humming cheerfully to himself as he builds a sandcastle. It's such a nice day out, and he's enjoying the sun on his skin...fur...whatever it is that's on his body!

Or he would be, if it weren't for the shadow of a cloud falling across him. Curious, Pommy turns around and looks up, blinking at it curiously. Were clouds supposed to be this close to the ground?]

[...Okay, this is new. Not one of those hue-mans she's seen all over the place. Veeeery interesting.

Just gonna hover here for a minute. See what he does.]

[Pommy continues staaaaaaring at the very odd cloud that's hovering nearby. Something's not right about it, but Pommy can't figure out what it is.

So, tentatively, he goes back to his sandcastle...but every now and again he glances back at the cloud. Whatcha gonna do, Mr. -- or Miss -- Cloud, huh?]

[Hmm. Soooo, what if, while he looks away, Rainbow Dash moves the cloud niiice and close, so that when Pommy looks back again, he's face-to-face with a ceiling pony?

That is, Rainbow Dash, dangling upside down from the cloud.]

[Roji's doing his usual evening ritual (making dinner in the third floor kitchen of his housing building), when he notices the strange cloud in front of the window. With binoculars.

What.

He inches closer to the open window, staring suspiciously at that cloud.]

Um...hello?

[Ope! Those binoculars slip back behind the cloud. Nopony's there, please leave a message at the beep.]

[The sudden movement startles him and he backs up a little. Where did the binoculars go?

He's not exactly sure how to proceed from here, but there's no doubt that something is up with this cloud.

So again, he questions:]

Hello? Who's there?

[And now that cloud's slowly floating up. She doesn't really plan on leaving... just messing around.]
