FOURTH WALL - action in the sprout tower only
[If you happened to wander around Sprout Tower in Violet City, you might heard some cackling and pots and pans clanging for some reason although there are no such things here.
The usual residents of the tower seemed to have fled, but the only answer you'll get is "IT'S HAUNTED" or some outrageous theory about spirits going to eat them alive--
