Dream 01

Dream Effects: A sense of loneliness.

A group of children gather around. They are happy, laughing, smiling and generally enjoying themselves in their play. A young girl stands on the outside, a lone, quiet and just... standing there, waiting to be asked to join, just once.
"I know, why don't we play hide and seek?!" Yelled one of the younger girls, hand raised in the air as the others looked at her curiously. The singled out girl on the other just stood there, opening and closing her mouth every second or so, like she was trying to talk, but the words just couldn't come out of her mouth, but no matter it had been a while before any of the kids had even noticed anyway.
"Oh, hi there. Do you want to play hide and seek?" A young boy asked standing there as the girl looked on quietly for a moment, before a smile appeared on her face and she nodded "I would love to."
She went and joined in with the others, who then set about who was going to be it and who was going to hide. Hikage had been one of the chosen ones to go and hide, so once the one who was it, the young boy who had asked her in the first place had started to count, the others including her scampered in an attempt to be able to hide long enough for him to not find them.
Hikage had found a tree to hide behind as she bent down, curling up into a ball while sitting there, a smile placed lightly on her face as she closed her eyes, waiting for the moment the finder would come around the corner and find her. Sadly this moment had never come as Hikage went and peeked out of her hiding spot, keeping an eye out for anyone that was a part of the game, but there was no one.
Feeling alone once more, Hikage curled up, her head placed lightly on her legs as she started to cry. They didn't notice her again, she had lost count at the number of times this would happen to her. The one thing she wanted was a friend, but even not it seemed near impossible, she felt like she was within the shadows and that was where she was meant to stay.

Hikage slowly started to wake up, wiping her eyes slightly from the dream before looking over to across and slowly going to pick up her DreamBerry.
