El wasn't as nervous as Peter seemed to be, but she wasn't that far off either -- she just hit in better. Following Peter up the front steps of the Anderson home, she couldn't help but marvel at how big the place was. Was this really where Neal grew up? Sure, it seemed to fit him in some ways...the love of finer things, but in other ways it was all wrong. There was a stiffness here, a formality that she never really saw in Neal.

And now his younger siblings were here all on their own? No. That just wouldn't do.

She was behind Peter 110%. If there was a way to get the kids to New York they had to do it.

Giving her husband a smile, she waited.

As Kurt was doing most of the cooking, Sierra wasn't all that stressed out about the whole dinner thing. Well, aside from the part where she had been sent back to the grocery store three times. Silly her for thinking a tomatoe was a tomatoe. But oh no...Kurt required a special sort of tomatoe. (See why he did the cooking).

Leaving the kitchen to Kurt and Blaine, she had settled herself on the couch, prepared to indulge in some meaningless reality TV. They were just about in the middle of some catfight between the NJ housewives when the doorbell rang.

"GOT IT!" She switched off the TV and pushed herself off from the couch, following the two barking bichons to the door. "Chanel! Dior! Back..."

Manuevering aroung the fluff monsters, she pulled the front door open.

How Kurt got volunteered for cooking, he could only blame Sierra for. She was very good at convincing him to do things. Plus, Blaine and his puppy dog eyes helped. Kurt could never resist when Blaine did that and he knew how much his boyfriend loved his cooking. He also knew how much Blaine loved to sample his cooking before it was served, which is why he gave him the 'you're not getting laid tonight if you keep stealing food' glare.

"Go, go. I'm fine. The chicken is almost done anyway, so you're relieved of your sous chef duties." He waved the cooking tongs absently at Blaine, watching the juices fizzle in the skillet.
