Outside the Dorms

It was pretty dark by the time Claire left gun club and headed back to the dorms. It shouldn't have been, but the fog was making it really hard to see.

She felt very uneasy and picked up her pace, wanting to get safely back in the dorm.

Elle had been stupidly wandering around outside, but even she wasn't stupid enough to wander around in the dark.

... for long, anyway.

Which would be why she was making her way back through the fog and jumping at every single little random thing.

Claire spotted something moving out of the corner of her eye and got more nervous.

She wasn't sure if it was a person or a creature but it appeared to be heading for the dorms. With any luck, she would get there first.

Elle saw something out of the corner of her eye as well; unfortunately, her first instinct was to electrocute it.

Thankfully the fog gave her an exceedingly bad aim and all she did was hit a spot well clear of Claire, off to the right.

The flash of electricity lit up the space around Claire and she jumped.

"Show yourself," she demanded.
