They died for this place. They thought we were all worth dying for
Oh god, boys, boys. THEY BREAK MY HEART. Because it is worth dying for, and they won, and they did it together, and it was worth it, BUT I STILL DON'T WANT THEM DEAD. ;__;
But they're still together, kinda. And they still love each other, definitely. And I think they'd want it to be like this.
MY HEART IS AFLAIL, TREE. I CANNOT SETTLE ON ONE EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO THIS.
OH WINCHESTERS, I LOVE YOU BEST.
(I think I need a way of making this face ;__; and this face ♥__♥ into one face. THAT MIGHT WORK.)

Also, Sam'n'Dean ghosts are my favourite ghosts. IDK WHY. THERE IS SOMETHING EPIC ABOUT IT. THEIR BIG GAY LOVE PIERCES THE VEIL OF DEATH OKAY.
This was really descriptive and gorgeous, great character-building and setting.

(The bit where you describe the river starting and the trees springing up? Reminded me so much of that other Sam, and the mallorn replacing the Party Tree. *love* )
