Something random: I love reading shippy comments from non-shippers. Some time ago, I was browsing the PotC:DMC tread on a widely known forum in my language and among the comments from fans of the movies (fans that even probably don't know there is a thing called 'shipping' - much like me before DMC) and came across these two ( comments: )

Heh, well it wasn't a daughter I had in mind when I made this manip, but I guess it'll do :)

Although, I'd really recommend gedicht's It Is to Those I Sing . It's amazing and the presence of Jack's beads and coins in Elizabeth's hair in this manip would make sense that way. Not the bandana, though. It's me getting carried away...

I'm so glad you could make it work. I guess why some people can't see some of my manips has to do with the brightness settings of the monitor. And my strange fondness for dark images doesn't help the matter all :/ Now I included a bit brightened version in the post as well. But it looks horrible on my computer. Anyway, thanks for letting me know that you had problems seeing it.

Is there any way to brighten this? I'm not sure how to work photoshop and I would love to see this manip. :-)

I included a bit brightened version in the post. I brightened it as much as I could without distorting it, but alas, it's not the same anymore - at least on my computer :( Hope it works for you, though and hope you like it :)

Oh, and another solution for this problem (a more permenant one) is to adjust the brightness on your monitor. I mean, using the little buttons on the monitor, not through your OS. (Ugh, I suck at explaining these things) For the future problems with graphics made by people who likes to work with dark images like me, it might work ^^
