i hope our replacements are having an amazing christmas with thier families. meanwhile, were stuck over here almost eating mre's because we were out of water. thanks guys. i think it was about 75 today. not too bad for christmas, but still crappy none the less. i want snow, dammit. we had a candle lighting ceremony for everyone back home. My church had a candle that was supposedly lit at the same time as guys in Iraq and Kuwait did. I thought about you, haha. Merry Christmas, Jim. I hope your day is good.

Jim, don't forget that someone else had to stay in-theatre last year so you guys could deploy AFTER Christmas rather than before so you could be with your family and friends for the holidays. Next years, those guys will be stuck over their while THEIR replacements are at home for Xmas. Don't bitch so much...just hit the dancing Homer!

hahaha....that thing is hilarious. im definitly keeping it for my apartment when i get back. i told my dad about it and he was laughing.

we didnt get out op orders and stuff long enouogh before christmas anyway. there was no way we could have been deployed before then. these guys are validated to ship...theres a difference. that, and theyre advanced has been here for two weeks, how pissed are those guys?
