It's 200 words SHORTER than HPtPoO so it's gonna take you some time. Make sure you have a drink and a comfy chair.

There's more plot and less porn, though.

It's always so exciting to get a comment that is so well thought out and detailed. I really appreciate it. I adore ALL comments but one with this kind of feedback is an extra treat, so thank you for this!

Writing Six Days was one of the hardest things I've ever done. The research was tedious and arduous but HAD to be done. I agonized over how much history to use and how much to make just about Brad and Nate. There were so many things that happened that I wanted them to bear witness to, but it didn't work for the story and I had to toss it and that HURT! So it's gratifying to know that those decisions seemed to be the right ones.

Yes, my publisher asked me to take down Like It Was Yesterday, but again, that's a very positive thing! Perhaps when the dust settles a little bit, it might be able to peek it's head out. I really, really never thought anyone would miss it!

So, thank you for reading. I'm very honored you like my stories. Thank you again for such a great comment.

I'm kind of new (and obviously late!) to the Generation Kill fandom. A friend made me watch Band of Brother and I love it and then after some crossovers with GK I decided to watch it as well and I absolutely fell in love. With the series, with the characters and with the fandom ( ... )

Wow! Thank you! I'm really glad you like the story. It took a lot to write it so I'm really gratified that the research was all worth it! I very much want to get to Jerusalem someday, too! I hope it will eventually be peaceful enough, while I'm still young enough to travel!

It's wonderful that you appreciate the atmosphere I tried to create, and the pains I too to be historically accurate. GK is a great fandom. It's still my #1 fandom. There is so much great fic, it's so satisfying!
