So, I'm waiting to read this until after I've made my nano word count for the day, but I am truly excited. You're summary alone is made of win. Really looking forward to the rest!
Thanks for sharing.

Oh my, this was just lovely all the way through. Considering my huge bodyguard kink I was excited as fuck just reading the summary, and this delivered in spades. Awesome. &hearts

This is a beautiful story! I love how they don't rush things, how everything develops on its own pace, their friendship and trust. I loved seeing the other gays too, you fit them in perfectly. And the ending is amazing! Thank you so much for this enjoyable read.

I really enjoyed this, the pacing, the parallels and differences with canon, the general tone. Beautifully done!

"I'm just your ghost, Nate," he says finally. "That's all."

Nate squeezes Brad's knee where their legs are tangled together. "You feel pretty fucking solid to me."

"That's the problem," Brad sighs.

I had to go back and reread that twice. This whole thing, and those lines especially, were just beyond beautiful.

I'm not much of a Brad/Nate shipper but I do read a lot of it lately and I've got to tell you that this is definitely one of my favorites that I've ever read. Phenomenal writing, perfect characterization, and just a great overall story. It was an absolute pleasure reading this.
