Some people have said they keep checking this to see what I've been doing as I have been silent (email down; writing book). There's been nothing up but actually that means I've been doing something. Usually, this:

7.30 Get up, either with alarm clock or with next-door's dogs sticking their noses in my face
7.45 Walk dogs
8.15 Have breakfast
9 Work (
