My family has an annual tradition of having what we call the Wardle Olympics(WO).   Each member of the family is in charge of coming up with one game.  Most of the games are crazy, and not your normal Olympic events.  It is a lot of fun.  Last weekend was the time for the WO, and all my siblings were there except one.  It was a lot of fun.  This ( Read more... )

Last night I watched the first episode of Battlestar Galactica, the original series, on Netflix Watch Instantly.  I enjoyed it for the most part, except when I woke up at 3:00 AM and was thinking about it for an hour.  I don't think there was that much to analyze, however I don't seem to have us much control of my thinking at 3:00 am in the morning ( Read more... )

What if...

1. We added a Populace group to the legislative branch of government.
2. This group would be every legal voting citizen.
3. We would vote on all the bills presented to the house or senate before they were voted on by the house or senate.(Assuming this was possible without month long delays to get the correct results)
