Thank God that baseball season has started. I appreciate it more and more every season the nation's passtime. I love October baseball, but when you have nothing to do...chillin' and watching a Bravos game is just what the Dr. ordered. The summer isn't looking so bad. I mean I was freaking out, but I think I will be much happier in Hoover. ( Read more... )

Ah, road trips. I hear Canada's exquisite in the summer, 'cause you can move your fuckin' fingers and toes. I'm definitely feelin a drive up through Green Bay this summer, if for no other reason but to get away from the parents. One thing I'm not lookin foward to is movin all my shit. Computer, clothes, just all this crap that's here. I hope I have enough spackle to fill all the holes in the walls. (It's $10 per hole if you leave em here BTW, so ya may want to pick some up or just borrow mine) Anyways, Canada's only like 20 hours away if we wanted to go to an actual city, and not just over the border. 2 drivers, 5 hour shifts, should be a piece of cake. Hmmm, maybe it won't be so bad at home after all. No grocery shopping, no laundry to do, yeah, it could be okay.
