How I sued T-Mobile in small claims court and won a settlement

TL;DR: I sued T-Mobile in small claims court because they changed their terms of service. A few days after I filed against them, they called and agreed to reimburse me the early termination fee plus my court filing costs.

An AT&T customer from CA just recently won a judgement against AT&T for the value of the remainder of his contract, too. He, like you, wanted to cancel d/t throttling issues.
