I've mostly switched to button shirts myself. The best one I've ever owned is by Steven Alan. I have to restrain myself from wearing it every day. Pricey, but 100% worth it.

The reverse seam and twisted collar placket on the one I have are great subtle details, different from every other collared shirt without being flashy. Cut, fabric, and construction are ace. Soft but crispy, very light. Designed to be worn casually, untucked with sleees rolled up.
