never seen rogue. the PNW has some great beers, there are things from Portland which i've read interesting things about-but alas i've not seen them in the BC Liquor stores.
the odd thing makes it up, but you have to buy from state-controlled or licensees. what happens all too often with the belgians, for example, is that bars and restaurants snap up supply before the common man can get them. i was helpfully told that if i really wanted Westmalle, for example, i could order in a 24. i dont have that kind of liquid capital!
pursuant to that, i think Ontario does a much better job of getting things in. and Quebec really supports its brewing industry. and they let you sell in corner stores. in singles (so you can mix and match). until 2AM if you really want. ah, the French.
