The house has been on the market for a while now. I'm not sure what it is that would get it sold, but whatever it is, I've not managed it yet.

Part of me doesn't care anymore.

What's your realtor's take on things?

That if all the feedback indicates it's priced a bit high, that it's priced a bit high.

A good strategy might be to take it off the market for a month or two then put it back on as a new listing. This way it is a hot new prospect rather then a price drop from an old listing.
