Where are the Corporate Grammar Police?

My company recently announced new training courses, and all employees are required to take three specific classes. The first of the classes is titled "Onboarding" (the other two are "Meeting Management" and "Managing Conflict"). It seems somewhat ironic that you hate verbing nouns but used the verbed-noun word "verbing" several times in that post. Or are you a self-loathing verber?
