In late August of 1989 as a wide-eyed teenager I moved to Boston to attend one of the top-rated Engineering schools in the world.  I spent six wonderful years there, made many friends, got two degrees, and fell in love with New England.  I moved around a bit during school, and after I graduated I moved to California for a year before coming back to

And I'll miss you all too, but as I said in my post, I'll be visiting. :)

But think about it this way, I think I slept in my own bed for a total of 3-4 months in 2009 (if that!) Between Aug 26, 2009 and today I've slept in my own bed only 10 nights.

Thanks! I'll plan a goodbye party of some sort, but I don't know when exactly. And of course you're always welcome to come visit. We don't have room for guests right now, but once we do the guest room will be there :)

Thanks. Honestly, I don't know if we'll see each other more or less often. We'll definitely not bump into each other at Foodmaster as often ;) Seriously, I was almost never there anyways, so it's not a big change for me. It just means I'll have larger gatherings when I *do* come to visit.

As for the house, I'm going to keep it for now. But who knows what will happen down the road?
