Ben: Hey, Momma! I can spell Poop!!
Me: oh really?
Ben: yeah! it goes like this! P-O-O-P! Poop!
Me: Wow! that's great!!

I ask him a short time later while he is in the bathtub and he can still spell it.

it warms my heart to know the first word my child can spell is poop. that tells me he's mine at least. I have a weird (maybe, childish is a better word) sense of humor so farts and such have always highly amused me.
