I have got to find out when kindergarten registration will be. I cannot believe my child is going to kindergarten in the fall. I looked up the teachers today on-line. A few of them were teaching when I was in elementary school, and some of them were my classmates (give or take a grade or four) and the rest, I do not know ( Read more... )

I'm so excited about becoming a Momma.... :) I love reading friends' ljs when they write about their kids and how they're growing up..... exciting :D

I also can't wait to get a house so I can do gardening :)) My mom loved their clematis; wonder if dad is doing upkeep on it any. ;)

It is a wonderful experience. They seem to just grow up too fast!! I wish I could talk Mark into having another one just so I could do it again. I guess he is not as keen on that as I am...

I love working with flowers and playing around in the dirt. I bet the clematis is doing pretty well. ours just puts back out every year and I do not do anything to it.

Is it because you have a couple dogs and ferrets he thinks you can't handle another child? I want 2 kids... maybe 3 if I'm crazy enough, lol. But there will be 2-3 years inbetween pregnancies as I don't want to ruin my body.

I think the clematis is as old as my brother, 30... honest!

he thinks that if we just have one child, then we can give him more. If we have another, then he feels Ben will be shorted somehow. And, I imagine Ben would loose some things, but he will gain a sibling and as someone who grew up as almost an only child (my sister and brother were 12 and 10 years older than me) I didn't really want that for Ben. I have a great relationship with my siblings now, but growing up I wasn't close to them because of the age gap. on the plus side, my mom always had babysitters....

I don't think he sees the dogs/pets as a problem. I've always wanted two kids though, but I'm happy to have one healthy one if that's how it is meant to be.

Wow. I didn't know a clematis would live that long. they are beautiful plants.
