aaaaaaand san fran is nice. it's a cross between los angeles and europe and seattle.
LA is good if you like the big city, trends, fashion, the entertainment industry, lovely weather all year round and running into chad michael murray at your favorite coffee place from time to time. i enjoy LA. there are parts of it that i don't like (like the pressure to be thin and beautiful 24/7) but in the end, i really love it. today i went to the beach and i was eating an ice cream cone as the sun was setting listening to the waves crash on the shore... and i was really happy with where i am.
ack! that actually makes it really really hard! hehe.
because eating an ice-cream cone while watching the sun set as the waves crash on shore sounds just fabulous.
aaaaaaand i love seattle/portland & europe.
*sigh* i guess i'll just have to go on a research trip to both places and see.
i'm not sure if you'll see this, but can you recommend any really great neighborhoods of LA that would be nice to live in? eg safe and with down-to-earth people /artistic people?
thanks so much for writing back- i friended you btw. ;)
...wait, you could read my entries without me friending you back?
...i had no idea you could do that.
you won't get your safe and down-to-earth place in LA. it's too much of a big metropolitan city. san fran is bad in parts too, but there are a ton of hippies there.
if you move to LA, stay away from the valley where i live. it's dreadfully boring. keep to the west side! this will also save you in traffic.
