Are you sure it's the phone, and not just the battery?
If it's the battery, you might get away with less costs, even though rechargables are pretty expensive.

Since you were going on about the Mogul, I'll assume that's meant to be your new phone.
Do yourself a favor and set up ActiveSync on it, so you'll at least have all those numbers *somewhere* if this ever happens again.
