So, I had a good time with Lauren last night. Since I had a day off from work (long story I'll get into later maybe), she came and picked me up, since I had no ride, and she had previously invited me to her irish jam session. There, I met John, who is in the steel drum ensemble with her, and I caught the back end of some philosophical discussion

Aren't they? I played one in college. Want another one but I don't have the space nor dinero. (New ones can go $20-30000 easy. :p)

This was a custom-built rosewood one. It was gorgeous.

Also fiddled with a vibraphone. Those are also awesome.

I need to build a house to hold all the instruments I'm going to have. My percussion and harp sections will be tremendous.
