Here Lies Marc's Beard

November 2001-May 2006

It lived a good life, filled with many crumbs and anxiety twisties. It shall be remembered as "that which made me look like Al Borland" or the inspiration for the quote "Kevin Smith stole my haircut."

But alas, it's too fucking hot. So I shaved.

it would only make you look like al borland if you wore a plaid shirt.

how long had you had it? I think if you've had a beard for a long time it looks horrendous when shaved because of the pallid, never -seen-daylight skin thats revealed underneath, which looks like a plucked chicken.

proper beards are sexy, unless they're those stupid little bits of face fluff rather than a proper beard, there's a guy at my gym who has a stripe of fluff disecting his chin and its just silly because it reinforces his lack of sex appeal, hes a real bulked out bodybuiledr who wears clothes that show of every muscle, and you juyst look at him and think "I could never find you attractive becuase you fancy yourself just a little bit too much" maybe its just me, theres a fine line between self respect and vanity, and i dont like too much vanity, in men or women

I pretty much live in plaid. It's a bad habit.

No, the skin underneath was fine. I'd been contemplating the shave for some time, so I had trimmed the beard extra short of late to allow it extra sun exposure. plus the dark hair on somewhat fair skin is hiding some of the color variation.

Mostly I've gone from being 27 looking 37 to 27 looking 17. Dunno if it's a good thing.

depends, has annemarie been hinting that she fancies a toyboy, and have you tired getting served in a bar yet?

Whoa... first Alec Trebeck's moustache, now Marc's beard... ekk! Hair I never thought the aforementioned people would part with!

yeah. but lack of air conditioning in your work place will drive you to do a great many things. I was considering putting an ice pack down my pants. At least the junk would be cooled off.
