yeah, pretty steep. im looking for a cleanse that i can do w/o purchasing supplements - seems contradictory to me for some reason.

well, I can understand to a certain extent -- if you're fasting you're not taking IN anything, but that may just mean things are stagnating. But I know what you mean.

I used to use this bio-fiberklenz stuff from Australia, you just took it daily in OJ - it was pretty decent. I imagine it would be more effective if one were fasting at the same time.
