Rain dripped from her feathers as she circled the roof one more time and landed down on it. She didn't know why she came here, clinging onto her human roots. There was a home for her in the skies, a place that was never cold, never hard...it was everything you would expect in the heavens. But it wasn't home.

Landing on the roof she shivered against the cold, something that felt real. Looking up at the skies she was glad for the rain, it hid her tears. Shivering and dripping wet she moved towads the door from the roof and into the building.

Everything felt cold without him, everything. Even the hot jets from the shower she stood under.

It was just all so very wrong. All so empty.

Sometime later she found herself wearing nothing but the vest he had given her and her underwear, anything to be close to him, curled up with the bear Snake had given her, the one she had put one of Swan's shirts in, sitting on the windowledge starring out towards the ocean. The one place he felt was home.

Swan's eyes were burning from the rain and he looked away rubbing them. When he looked back she was sitting in the window. He wanted to cross now and he walked toward the street. Instantly the horns started and the screaming. Suddenly he hated the traffic as he waited for an opening in the traffic. There didn't seem to be any.

Hearing the car horns Aggie jumped and turned to look out of the window. Seeing him standing there she felt her heart beat fast. He was there, outside her place.

Opening her window she peered out and looked down at him, the bear she had been holding fell back inside. "Swan?" She climbed out of the window, the cold wet rain hitting her bare skin. Carefully she stepped out onto the railing, not caring that she was only in her underwear and the vest, and leaned down to look at him. "What are you doing standing in the rain?"

Swan was freeszing and starting to bounce in place. Hearing his name he looked up. He grinned.

Waiting for you to look out the window.
