I like this! I love the way you wrote the dialogue and the banter between them was very enjoyable to read. I like that Mitsunari gives as good as he gets, but still shows his softer side (to those select few people).

Thank you! I'm glad the dialogue in particular worked. I love the way they talk to each other in the series, and I think it would be pretty much inevitable for them to bicker even if they did win it all. And I'm even more glad that Mitsunari's "softer side" comes through in this, even though he's never going to tune down the sarcasm, ever. XD Thanks for reading and commenting! :DD

PS: ...And I have no idea why the formatting on this page ate most of the line breaks. So thank you also for putting up with the wonky format.

Actually, the formatting was fine when I clicked on the cut text and viewed it on my friends page. I think it was something with LJ's default style that screwed up the line breaks.

Good point...I checked it over by clicking the cut and it was fine in the comm style, so it didn't even occur to me it could be a problem elsewhere. Another LJ release, I guess, sigh.
