Fandoms: Angel the Series, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gossip Girl, Heroes, Supernatural. And Firefly and Harry Potter in crossovers with some of the above.
Angel the Series:
Remembering by mireille719- Fred/Cordelia. Not for the first time, she hates her brain for losing all of this information that she needs.
Vessels by carlyinrome- Cordelia/Darla, NC-17. Oh, just breathtaking writing. Smooth and sensual.
BtVS:
By Her Side by alixtii- Buffy/Giles, R, s7. Giles takes Buffy to a library to relax. At first, she sees something wrong with that sentence, but is persuaded otherwise. This is definitely my Buffy het OTP. :)
Gunpowder Tea by antennapedia- Buffy/Wesley, R, Wishverse. Omg, so amazing. I can so see Wishverse!Buffy and this Wesley getting along. *wants more*
Crossovers:
Unlikely by carlyinrome- Fred/River, Firefly/Angel the Series crossover, PG-13. The laws of physics do not support impossibilities. Oh wow, these two would be sooo pretty together. Lovely fic. The mood really fits the characters.
A Place in Time by noelia_g- Wesley/Mal, Firefly/Angel the Series crossover, PG-13. Hee, cute and great in-character Mal.
Safe by eden_bleeding- Faith/Dean, Supernatural/BtvS crossover, PG-13.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch... by r_becca- Dean/Charlie, Supernatural/Harry Potter crossover, NC-17. To be honest, I didn't really think I would like this fic since I don't care much either way for Charlie, but this is really good. And hot. *fans self*
Coping Mechanism by crazedcrusader- Sam/Faith, Supernatural/BtVS crossover, PG-13. Oh, I think I like this a lot better than Dean/Faith. :D
Both the hunters and the hunted by x_strangeangels- Dean, River, Supernatural/Firefly crossover, PG-13. Oh, great River!voice. Love the end especially.
Suffer a Sea Change by lyrstzha- River, Spike, Firefly/BtVS crossover, PG. Wow. Flawless job at including Spike in the Fireflyverse. *wants a sequel*
Gossip Girl:
Burn from the Inside by sionnain- Serena/Blair, PG-13, no specific spoilers beyond the pilot. Serena and Blair's interaction and relationship is absolutely perfect here. I can't even tell you. Excerpt:
Blair wants to forgive Serena long before she does so. She longs for that easy friendship that existed between them, that bond that knew no stresses or strains. She wants it back and she tries, she does, but it's hard because Blair is who she is, and there are some things that are ingrained too deep to change. Serena knows that. She knows how long Blair can hold a grudge, how long forgiveness can be withheld.
Perhaps that is the reason why, on Valentines Day following Serena's return, she leans over to Blair during fourth period and says with a grin, "Hey, Blair. Wanna cut out early?"
Blair huffs, casts her dark eyes up towards the ceiling. "The Ivy League doesn't like girls who cut class," Blair whispers back, but Serena grins at her and puts her hand on her arm, tugging lightly. Blair feels her resolve slipping. It's been cloudy for six days straight, and this is the first day she's seen the sun in what seems like forever.
Five Times Serena Van Der Woodsen Hid Her Feelings- and one time she revealed them, though by savepureness- Serena, Lily, Vanessa, Jenny, Nate, Dan, PG. I especially liked the one about Jenny. Can anyone guess why?
Down to Her Level by cupiscent- Blair/Jenny, PG-13, spoilers through 113. This fic perfectly sums up why I love this pairing. Blair is used to life being a full-contact bloodsport. She thinks she'll feel better if she drags Jenny down to her level.
Heroes:
Sad Truth by kael_raye- Mylar, PG-13, 5YG Universe. "I never was." Awesome little drabble that captures everything I love about 5YG (or at least some of it).
Lost the Battle, Not the War by kael_raye- Mylar, PG-13. I love Mohinder in this. :D
Six Conversations About One Thing by levitatethis- vaguely Mylar, Maya, Matt, Elle, Bennet, Molly, PG. Mohinder has six different conversations that either centre around Sylar or come back to him. Oh, I especially love Maya's, Elle's and Molly's. Great fic. Would love to see a sequel. :D
A Long Two Years by barhaven- Mohinder, Sylar, very AU. Zombie!apocalypse. And Mohinder with a katana. *swoons*
Dice by levitatethis- Mohinder/Sylar, PG-13. ;________; That's all I have to say.
Solipsism by handsomespeck- Mohinder/Sylar, R. I have given up on feeling guilty about liking this pairing. Wonderful Mylar fic that I most definitely enjoyed. :)
Are We There Yet? by yumemiru_kikai- Claire/Elle, Lyle, NC-17. Oh, poor Lyle. Surprisingly hot little ficlet though.
The Cake Doctor by squills- Mylar, NC-17. Fluffy hot little PWP. Yum. ♥
Supernatural:
Every Mile is Two by curtain__call- Dean, Sam, John, PG-13. Oh, boys. ;___;
the stairs unlit by elohvee- Dean/Jo, NC-17.
layla on your knees by fated_addiction- Ruby, Sam/Ruby, R. Ruby sings along to Janis and George. Wincing every once in awhile. She left with a toothache. No health insurance. It’s the ‘burbs. And the dentist was creepy.
woke up new by guns_and_butter- Sam, R. The first day Dean is dead, Sam’s pretty sure, is the worst day of his life.
Asking Nothing (Leave Me Be) by silverpenlight- Sam/Dean, PG-13, spoilers through AHBL. Dean can't live without Sam, so he doesn't even bother trying. A heartbreaking way season 3 might have gone. I love that Ellen actually appears in this. It pisses me off so much that she and Jo were just axed from the show. :P
burning down the highway skyline by katriel1987- Mary, OFC, PG-13. Mary had a sister who talked with the wind. This is just stunning. I've been hoping for an explanation for Mary's recognition of YED in AHBL for a while and this is just perfect. It is my canon now. *clings*
Nothing Quite the Feel of Something New by thenyxie- Dean/Nancy, NC-17, spoilers for "Jus in Bello." Jus in Bello was honestly one of my favorite SPN episodes to date, all around, and this just fits perfectly with it.
I Open My Mouth and the Words Just Come Out by trollprincess- Bela, PG. Wow, amazing, as trollprincess's writing always is. This definitely makes sense for Bela. I will say that some of the comments pissed me off though. Saying that what happens in the fic is the only way Bela would be redeemed. Bitches, please. The female character hatred in this fandom is pretty much why I only read fics and nothing else. So annoying.
Reciprocity by teand- Dean, Sam, PG, spoilers for 311 (The Mystery Spot). Dean thinks about what Sam went through.
