It's funny the things you talk about over dinner. I was sitting with Adrianna discussing how she'd be if she were a guy and how I'd envision myself as a woman. Here is what I came up with

I have often wondered what kind of man I'd be. When I was around 19, I had this huge crush on this guy and I thought if I were male I would be just like him. After he moved away I found out he liked boys too. I think I'd be boy crazy even if I were male.

Aha! Now I have a sense of what you would have been like if you'd been a girl child...fun to ponder although I wouldn't have ever wanted any of it to be any other way.

And interestingly enough, Meghan was one of the names on my list - had you been of female gender, that is. In those days, we had no way of knowing ahead of time - technology hadn't gone there yet.

Yeh, I got what I wanted...smile. I think raising a daughter would have been more difficult. I wouldn't have been in denial that's for sure. She would have been on the pill as soon as she came of age - and who knows what else. Probably would have wrapped her in chains - he! Kidding of course, but many a truth spoken in gest. I'm with you - glad you're the dude that ya are! Lucky me - in every way!
